Rehearse is an AI-powered platform that helps sales representatives, founders, and negotiators practice high-stakes conversations with realistic AI buyer personas. By accessing or using Rehearse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
  • Attempt to disrupt, disable, or overload the service or its infrastructure.

Account & Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these terms or if your conduct threatens the integrity of the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rehearse and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
