What Data We Collect

• Account information: Email address, name, and authentication credentials (via Supabase Auth).
• Session transcripts: Text and audio from your practice sessions with AI buyer personas.
• Voice input: If you use voice mode, audio recordings are temporarily processed for transcription.
• Usage data: Session duration, feature usage, and performance metrics to improve the product.

How Data Is Stored

All data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled. This ensures that each user can only access their own data — no other user, including administrators, can view your session transcripts or account details without explicit authorization.

Third-Party Processing

We use third-party LLM and voice providers to generate AI responses and transcriptions:

• Ollama Cloud / LLM providers: Process session context and user input to generate buyer persona responses and coaching feedback. These providers do not retain your data for training purposes.
• ElevenLabs: Processes voice input for text-to-speech and speech-to-text. Audio is not stored or used for model training.

We have Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in place with all subprocessors where required.

Your Rights

• Access: You can request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
• Export: You can export your session history in a portable format.

Cookies & Analytics

We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics (if any) to understand product usage. No third-party advertising trackers are used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

Data Retention

Session transcripts are retained for as long as your account is active so you can review your history. Upon account deletion, all personal data is purged within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.

International Transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our subprocessors operate. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and adequacy decisions to ensure adequate protection.
